Privacy at Tech With Tam.

What this website and the optional Tech With Tam Tools connection collect, why it is used, and the controls you keep.

01

Who runs this service

Tech With Tam is operated by Dawn Again LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to hello@techwithtam.com.

02

What this policy covers

This policy covers techwithtam.com, including accounts, email subscriptions, support, and purchases, plus the optional Tech With Tam Tools connection you can add to an AI app.

Your AI provider separately handles your conversations, files, and model output under the plan, settings, and terms you chose with that provider.

03

What the website uses

  • Account information. Your email address, sign-in records, profile, and access status.
  • Email preferences. Your subscription, delivery, unsubscribe, and suppression status.
  • Purchase information. The membership and payment status returned by the payment provider. Tech With Tam does not receive your full card number.
  • Website analytics. Limited page and feature events used to understand what helps readers. Account and authentication routes are excluded from browser analytics.
  • Support information. The messages and attachments you choose to send when asking for help.

04

What crosses the Tools connection

  1. You write or paste your work in your AI app. That conversation stays with your AI provider.
  2. When you connect, Tech With Tam receives the account and OAuth information needed to sign you in and authorize the free tools available to your account.
  3. Your AI app sends the input for the tool you chose. Most tools receive only a small selection, such as a capability, mode, or version. The current writing tool does not receive your source copy.
  4. The product request tool, requests.submit, is the only tool that can retain content you submit. The preview checks the request and shows the exact title, category, desired outcome, and optional current limitation without storing that text. A confirm call works only after you explicitly approve the unchanged preview within 15 minutes. Do not include names, contact details, personal or client information, confidential material, transcripts, links, credentials, or other sensitive data.
  5. Tech With Tam returns approved capability metadata, the requested method, setup health, or version status. Your AI applies a method inside your conversation. A confirmed product request instead returns a request ID and acceptance time.

Operational records are designed to contain the tool name, status, timing, scope, version, byte or error counts, and request identifiers. They do not contain prompts, source copy, transcripts, product request text, method bodies, passwords, tokens, or authorization codes. Confirmed product request content is kept only in the dedicated request store described below.

05

Why information is used

  • To create and secure your account.
  • To authorize and run the specific tool you request.
  • To retain a product request only after you preview and explicitly confirm it.
  • To enforce access and usage limits.
  • To diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.
  • To deliver email you requested and honor opt-outs.
  • To process purchases and maintain access status.
  • To answer support and privacy requests.
  • To meet legal, security, tax, fraud, or dispute obligations that apply.

06

Service providers

Tech With Tam uses service providers for specific parts of the service:

  • Your chosen AI provider, such as OpenAI or Anthropic, handles your AI conversation and invokes the connection.
  • Cloudflare runs the Tools endpoint, OAuth state, entitlement checks, service infrastructure, and the dedicated D1 product-request database.
  • Tam Nguyen reviews accepted product requests on a private Notion board. Notion does not receive a raw account subject, name, or email address from the request system.
  • Vercel hosts the website and provides privacy-focused website analytics.
  • Supabase provides website accounts, sign-in, and account records.
  • MailerLite delivers opted-in marketing email and records delivery or suppression state.
  • Stripe handles payment details and billing when a purchase is offered.
  • Google provides optional Google sign-in and hosts the support mailbox.
  • PostHog is configured as an optional product-analytics provider, but it is not enabled in the current production path.

These providers handle information under their own agreements with Tech With Tam or, for your AI conversation, under your agreement with the provider. Tech With Tam does not sell personal information.

07

How long information is kept

Tech With Tam keeps information only for the purpose described here, then deletes or de-identifies it when it is no longer needed, subject to limited legal, security, tax, fraud, billing, or dispute requirements.

  • A pending Tools authorization expires after 10 minutes.
  • A Tools access token expires after 1 hour.
  • A Tools refresh grant expires after 30 days and can be revoked sooner.
  • A connection marker expires 30 days after its last write.
  • Short-lived request-rate fingerprints expire within 2 minutes, and daily usage counters expire within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Dynamic client registrations created or updated under the current server configuration expire after no more than 90 days. Older registration records may remain under their earlier setting until updated or removed. A registration record does not contain your AI conversation and cannot authorize access without a valid grant.
  • An accepted product request keeps its screened title, category, desired outcome, optional current limitation, consent facts, and an account identifier indefinitely in Cloudflare D1. That identifier does not reveal the raw account subject, name, or email address. Those account details are not exported to the private Notion board.
  • Rejected product request text is not retained. A rejection record without the request text expires after 30 days.
  • Submitting a product request does not promise a response, roadmap place, build, or release.
  • Account information is kept while the account is active and as needed to provide or secure the service. A verified deletion request starts the deletion process, subject to the limited exceptions above.
  • Marketing subscription information is kept while you are subscribed. A minimal suppression record may remain after unsubscribe so you are not added back by mistake.
  • Support, payment, tax, privacy-request, and dispute records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request or applicable obligation.

Removing information from active systems may not immediately remove residual copies held under a provider’s backup process.

08

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
  • Disconnect Tech With Tam Tools inside your AI app.
  • Revoke the server-side authorization from your Tech With Tam account.
  • Remove the app or connector inside your AI app.
  • Ask support to remove one exact accepted product request. The request text is deleted, while a record that it was removed remains.
  • Ask what information is held about you, correct it, or request deletion by emailing hello@techwithtam.com.

Disconnecting, revoking authorization, or removing the connector does not redact an accepted product request. Contact support with the request ID if you want to request exact redaction.

The support page explains the connection controls and what to include in a request.

09

Security

  • The website and Tools connection use HTTPS.
  • The Tools connection uses OAuth with PKCE, and unauthenticated tool requests are refused.
  • Access is scoped to the tools included for the connected account.
  • Operational records are designed to exclude customer writing, prompts, transcripts, product request text, method bodies, tokens, and credentials.

No system can guarantee perfect security. If you believe there is a security problem, contact support and do not include passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers, or other secrets.

10

Age and availability

The website and Tools connection are intended for people who are at least 18 years old. The initial Tools directory release is intended for the United States.

11

Changes to this policy

Meaningful changes will be reflected on this page with a new updated date. If a change materially affects how existing account information is used, Tech With Tam will provide additional notice when appropriate.
